Friends of Puerto Rico Volunteer Manager
Friends of Puerto Rico is a non-profit founded in Washington, DC, with offices in Aguadilla and Baymón, Puerto Rico, committed to the economic development of the Puerto Rican people.
Member Duties : Review the database, company policies and procedures in order to gain a brief overview of the organization. Report to the Chief Administrative Officer on research findings and propose any suggested changes to the current database or the company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Development department to identify and research current and potential funding sources. Integrate knowledge of best programming practices (both internal and external) along with the FoPR Strategic Plan to create a long-term sustainability plan for the first five years of the Volunteer Program’s operations. Facilitate initial onboarding and training of the new Volunteer Program staff.
