Is the Supply Chain Development Program - Engineering right for you?
Our Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) is an accelerated training program for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today’s fast-paced Supply Chain environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of Engineering within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your technical skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various engineering settings.
This program is structured to last 24-36 months and will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You will complete two rotations within Engineering at both the corporate and plant level. You will have significant communication and coordination with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external communication with equipment vendors, construction contractors, co-manufacturing organizations, etc. You can also expect to:
  • Develop Front-End-Loading packages (FELs) for projects of various sizes
  • Work to develop subject matter expertise of the packaging principles and operating systems for assigned areas
  • Potentially manage small projects independently
You have the option to participate in a third rotation of your choosing:
  • Plant Supply Chain: Warehousing, Procurement, Planning
  • Maintenance
  • Operations (Process Lead)
  • Quality/Sanitation


Do you have what it takes?
  • You will complete your Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or electrical engineering, or a related program of study no later than June 2023 (January start dates available for December grads)
  • You desire to be a leader and grow within the Supply Chain function
  • You have the flexibility to relocate
  • You can travel up to 75%
  • You have proven leadership abilities (i.e. collaboration, influencing & problem solving skills)
  • You possess strong financial aptitude (i.e. budget management, cost driver understanding)
