ECS Business Operations Intern

(ECS) Business Operations Team @ Autodesk

The Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) Business Operations Team supports the ECS organization by planning, aligning, validating, and delivering business process change and adoption. Overall, the goal of the team is to enable the ECS organization's adoption of customer centric, value-adding processes and to support the Autodesk's token consumption growth model. Our team works with many organizations within Autodesk, including Sales, Customer Success, and other Global Revenue Operations segments. 

Position Overview
As an ECS Business Operations Intern, you will be actively involved in supporting the Enterprise Customer Success Organization, through rolling-out, and/or reviewing the business process strategy and operations to ensure goals and objectives are met. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with teammates that are passionate and enthusiastic about creating a positive impact on our largest customers to optimize business processes and enable teams to perform at peak efficiency!  
Responsibilities
  • Having a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate through Autodesk as a whole. From onboarding to your intern project, your mentor will get you ramped up and ready to make an impact - all while showing you what it means to be at Autodesk! 
  • Collaborate cross functionally with members of our CSM and Consulting Organization, to assist with the implementation of new programs and tools by ensuring all relevant roles are adopting the required process change
  • Collect information regarding status of process adoption initiatives, maintain high-level project schedule, and implement solutions as needed 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2024 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to tailor communications appropriately based on audience 
  • Ability to initiate and nurture relationships at all levels while having a customer focused / service-oriented mindset 
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Prior Experience with Project Management – preferred but not required 
  • You are enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peers 
  • You have a strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll up your sleeves 


About the US Intern Program  

The U.S. program runs from May through August for 12 weeks and will be remote (subject to change). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development.   You will have a dedicated mentor that will help you better understand your opportunities for growth over the course of your time with Autodesk.
