Data Analytics Intern - Spring 2023
Looking to gain valuable experience in data analytics? The Restaurant Store is seeking a highly driven student to join our team as a Data Analytics Intern.
This paid position allows you to be part of our data team as you aid in the creation and analysis of reports and strategies designed to find new opportunities for growth and optimization within the organization.
Gain experience equivalent to a full-time analytics position with one of Central PA’s fastest growing companies. This opportunity will provide you with pertinent skills and knowledge of what it takes to be successful in data analytics.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with programs like Microsoft Power BI and Excel to create data visualizations and dashboards to be shared company-wide
- Handle projects from data collection and organization to reporting analysis and presentation to provide insight and answers to strategic questions for all areas of the business (Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Operations, etc.)
- Work with our internal customer database: data cleansing, analyzing, reporting and building targeted segments for various campaigns
- Communicate reports and findings to the broader organization

- Some experience working with Power BI or other data visualization platforms is a bonus
