Social Media Coordinator and Community Manager

The Social Media Coordinator and Community Manager is responsible for assisting the ED with the Fall 2022 social media strategy. This includes coordinating the posting calendar, community management of Instagram and Facebook, and collaborating with other media interns to create copy, content and design.  

During this internship, the Intern will learn about non-profit management, international development, and poverty alleviation strategies.

Key Tasks:
Manage and maintain social media plan
Research related organizations to increase engagement
Coordination with international staff on case studies, photography, and print media
Introduction to non-profit management and international development.
Time Commitment: 10 hours per week, one semester.  Spanish familiarity desired. This is an unpaid position internship.
