The College of Communication, Fine Arts and Media Dean’s office is seeking an Office Associate to provide administrative support to the dean, associate and assistant deans, business manager and communications specialist. Duties include reconciliation of purchasing cards and monthly expenses; continuous maintenance of all confidential college personnel files; update of academic and college personnel worksheets; tracking CFAM Cultural Enrichment Faculty Grants; and process student mailings for awards, suspension, and probation. This position also facilitates Mavcard Access Activation System for WFAB students and assists with faculty search procedures and Faculty Senate committee nominations. This position assists the Communication Specialist with proofreading, webpage updates and editing and maintaining the CFAM directory. Must have excellent oral and written skills, proficient in computer programs (Microsoft Office, SAP/Firefly [Concur], MavLink, MavTrack). Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and work efficiently. Must be able to use discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling information.
 
Work Schedule:               M-F, 8a-5p
Salary Information:             Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, four years office/administrative support with experience including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
 
Required Education and Experience:    
HS Diploma required, bachelors preferred - This Position also requires comprehensive reporting skills, administrative writing skills, problem solving, organization, ability to analyze information and manage processes, Microsoft Office proficiency, Microsoft Excel proficiency, professionalism, and strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
