The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
You will be part of the Private Wireless (Enterprise) team which concentrates on Microwave and pLTE/5G rollouts in North America focusing on many different customer and technologies including energy, public safety, transportation, manufacturing, etc.
What you will learn and contribute to
You will be part of a young talent program that prepares you for a career in Project Management where we look for agility, digitalization and simplification that enables scalability of our fast-growing enterprise business. The program offers you an inside view into our business, will challenge you to perform at your very best, and give you the opportunity to work with different groups around the globe. During the first six months, you will be involved in an intensive competency development program that will prepare you for working in the complex Nokia business delivery organization. The following six months, you will be assigned a mentor with extensive Nokia project management experience, lead internal projects, and begin introduction into multiple management teams. In the second year, you will develop various technical and interdisciplinary skills in order to transition into a Project Management role managing external customer projects within your own area of responsibility and E2E accountability.
Education/Hiring Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Manage small or mid-size internal projects throughout planning and execution phase during the first year of employment
  • Complete project assignments and network in their team
  • Provide progress reports, share learnings and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage external customer projects from start to finish using Nokia processes and procedures

  • On-site development training in Dallas until deemed competent for the role, then the employee may work remotely from any location mutually agreed between the company and the employee.
