Under the general direction of the Regional Nurse Manager (RNM), this expert level Public Health Nurse 3 (PHN) serves as the team leader for the regions public health preparedness emergency response program. This position also serves as a member of the Section of Public Health Nursing (SOPHN) emergency preparedness team under the leadership of the SOPHN emergency preparedness Nurse Consultant (NC).This position also provides generalist PHN services throughout the region as needed.
