2023 Intern – Discovery Technology Foundations Research Scientist

We are seeking candidates to conduct research and development on core tools, methods and algorithms for scientific discovery to support applications in materials discovery, therapeutics and biomarker discovery, climate and more. Work involves investigation of novel AI techniques and implementation and validation in discovery applications. Example focus includes core tools for knowledge integration and reasoning, simulation and modeling, generative modeling, lab automation, representation learning, and discovery optimization. The typical candidate is pursuing an advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or Biology.

Candidates would need to work in one of the following locations: Almaden, CA; Cambridge, MA; Yorktown Heights, NY.
