Head Lifeguard
Concord Recreation is seeking responsible Head Lifeguards for weekday and weekend shifts at our indoor and outdoor pool locations, as well as White Pond (seasonal). Head Lifeguards manage lifeguard operations, supervises lifeguards on duty, watch pool/waterfront activities, prevent and addresses dangerous situations, and respond to people in need of aid. Candidates must be team players, flexible, dependable and motivated. Must possess a current ARC LGT and CPR/AED certification or willing to obtain. Pay range: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour; starting pay based on qualifications. This is an hourly, part-time position, consisting of up to 20 hours per week.
