Role Expectations
The Innovation Data Analytics & Insights Intern will promote a culture of Innovation, Transformation, and Disruption (ITD) within Kimberly-Clark’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization. Work with cross-functional teams across a global enterprise to support adoption of innovation framework initiatives and contribute with analytics and insights to accelerate value realization. The Innovation Data Analytics & Insights Intern will:
- Learn and connect about GBS Service Lines such as Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay, Treasury, Record to Reporting
- Collaborate with project team to design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions
- Use analytics to identify and evaluate potential performance improvement or value-add opportunities
- Develop communication plan to spread innovation content by leveraging communication skills and design tools
Qualifications
- College student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Previous relevant learning or work experience desired
- Curiosity and drive to solve business issues with data
- Creativity to unlock business solutions and Influence to be go-getters
- Analytical, agile problem solver able to learn quickly
- Intermediate PowerBI, PowerQuery, DAX, M, Excel and related knowledge
- Ability to combine low maturity data sets (flat files with differing schemas vs. data pulled from robust API)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week May to August)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular full-time basis
Preferred
- SharePoint experience
- Power Platform skills desired but not required
- Design thinking and storytelling and intermediate experience with Filmora, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or other related design tools
