SALES ENABLEMENT DEVELOPER/MANAGER
 
Federated Hermes is seeking a Sales Enablement Developer/Manager who will help drive digital transformation within the Marketing and Communications department. While leading a team of Marketing Specialists dedicated to the production and distribution of data driven marketing deliverables, the Sales Enablement Developer/Manager will focus on building out the MarTech solutions ecosystem and be a key contributor to the execution and implementation of the digital automation strategy.
 
What you can expect:
  • Create and program dynamic document templates which utilize various data sets for new and existing clients
  • Configure content including LiveDocs to empower sales with customizable sales presentations
  • Develop solutions that leverage Seismic's Content Management System and LiveDoc capabilities
  • The Sales Enablement Developer will play an integral role in Seismic implementation and integration projects.
  • Lead a team of marketing specialists dedicated to the efficient production of recurring, data-driven marketing deliverables as well as standardized and customized presentations.
  • Train and develop team members to build deep expertise in various Content Management Systems platforms, including Seismic, in order to ensure efficient distribution of maintenance work and the execution of routine processes.
  • Manage legacy processes while migrating to new solutions, sometimes running both legacy and new solutions in parallel.
  • Work in conjunction with internal stakeholders across Marketing IT and Distribution to develop a roadmap for optimizing the Content Management System ecosystem.
 
What we are looking for:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications or Journalism OR other degree with financial services industry experience required; MBA or advanced education specific to investment management or Marketing operations preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, Sales Enablement, and/or SaaS Technology; 7 years of experience preferred
  • In-depth experience in configuring the Seismic platform required
  • Experience with industry data providers: Morningstar, FactSet, eVestment, Bloomberg, etc.
  • Expert-level knowledge of software, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Seismic required
  • Proven experience in the development of investment management industry content preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of the investment management industry and major trends around products, competitors, intermediaries and distributors required; Institutional asset management marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation technologies, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Seismic or Loopio.
  • Experience integrating marketing technologies with Sales Force CRM preferred.
