Entry-level Consultant
Sapere Consulting is looking for its next generation of consultants. Consultants (0-2 years of experience) are exposed to Sapere's different business areas and service offerings. You will work closely with mid-level and senior consultants across practices to assist clients, including top-level executives, in solving problems collaboratively. As an entry level management consultant, you will research and succinctly define problems, analyze data, contribute to the development of solutions, learn about new subject matter areas and clients, and write and present results in report or presentation format. You will work both independently and as part of a team to develop and hone your skills as a consultant. More experienced consultants (>1 year) will work independently and are key members of teams. Travel is required. Sapere cannot support H1 candidates at this time; applicants must be a US citizen or qualified to work in US without sponsorship.

- A Bachelor’s Degree, all majors considered

- Ability to write concisely and create compelling presentations
- Demonstrated ability to lead others when needed and be able to work well as a team player
You may also have:
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools
- Experience with Visio, Power BI, R, and other analysis tools
- Work experience or interest in Energy, Technology, and/or Sustainability
- Interest in changing how businesses operate, project management, and/or process improvement

At Sapere we have 3 work modes - work at a Sapere office, from home, or a hybrid approach. We expect employees to comfortably commute to their designated office location when needed to foster collaboration, communication, and productivity.
