Asset Services Analyst

·      Managing Asset Services events (P&I, Divs, Corporate Actions) through the complete event lifecycle

·      Aggregating and passing elections/liabilities on voluntary and choice events to custodians and counterparties

·      Interacting with the firm’s Prime Brokerage clients and their account representatives to provide best-in-class service to these high net worth accounts

·      Providing daily updates to senior management on the status of all open voluntary corporate action events

·      Ensuring all Asset Servicing events are captured within our platforms for onward dissemination to internal and external clients

·      Resolving all open balances and counterparty claims within established timeframes

·      Bachelor’s Degree required

·      Excellent Client Service skills
