IOT Engineering Intern
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Everything is converging on the Internet, making networked devices more relevant than ever.
As an IOT Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of end-to-end Cisco IOT solutions as per below link: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/solutions/internet-of-things/overview.html#~products
In addition, there will be additional IOT sensors/customization/programming (besides using Cisco IOT portfolio of products) that will be required to provide a end-to-end IOT solution to our clients.
Potential candidate should have a creative mind to provide innovative IOT solutions. Lastly, there may be cases where we will use a alternate IOT solutions (besides Cisco) if that is the best fit for our clients. That includes using generic controller/processors such as Arduino, Raspberry PII etc.
We don’t manufacture IOT products, but are an IOT solutions integrator, with deep skills in architecting and building solutions (via programming) based on existing IOT products, and accessories that are available.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work directly with our customers and gain hands-on experience and exposure into their IOT environments.

You will be able to interact with customers and learn how to plan, design, deploy and optimize IOT Solutions, while acquiring the technical and consultative skills required.
Required Skills
· Basic IOT
· Basic programming is preferred but not mandatory
· Python Scripting is a plus (but not required)
Ideal candidate is someone who has a strong passion for IOT, hungry for it.
