Technology Education Teacher, 2022-2023 School Year Talent Pool

Hartford Public Schools is offering a $5,000 signing incentive for full-time, newly hired certified teachers in district identified shortage areas for the 2022-23 school year. Effective October 18, 2022, full-time, newly hired certified teachers in district identified shortage areas for the 2022-23 school year will be eligible to receive a $3,000 signing incentive.

Education & Certification Requirements
Candidates must have a conferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and must also possess and maintain the certification and/or licensure requirements for this position as established by the Connecticut state statutes. 

Salary
Pay will be commensurate with experience, educational level, and in accordance with the Hartford Federation of Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement salary schedule. The current bargaining agreement salary range, ending June 2022 is $47,298 to $101,262.
