This position will assist Yates County Public Health (YCPH) with data collection, analysis, and presentation. The data will be used to evaluate the impact of Covid-19 in order to address community needs and concerns in the county moving forward. This position will also search out data that will inform public health programming post-pandemic and inform the community and its partners about it. This position is expected to participate in opportunities to further their development as statisticians and improve their knowledge and capabilities of the job duties in Yates Public Health department. They are also anticipated to explore GIS mapping capabilities within YCPH.
