Behavioral Health Therapist

Are you ready to be part of a team with a mission to improve the lives of children and their families? We are looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist for our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Program to ensure children and families receive culturally responsive mental health services.

Now offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for this position!
Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish/English are encouraged to apply.

As a Behavioral Health Therapitist, you will work as an adjunctive clinician on a multi-disciplinary team in supporting children who are at risk for psychiatric hospitalization or residential treatment. Our program provides children and families with services that promote stability and improved success at home and in the community. TBS is a short term (8 to 10 month) behaviorally focused intervention that serves youth ages 2 to 21. We believe a key factor in sustaining behavioral change is including families and caregivers in every aspect of treatment. Services are based in community locations (home, school) in order to truly meet the youth and family where they are.

“My program stands out because of the amazing amount of expertise and generosity of all of my coworkers. My clients are some of the most inspiring and resilient humans, and their progress, as well as my privilege at being a small part of their lives, make it all worth it.”
