Childcare Administrative Manager - Beverly YMCA

As Childcare Administrative Manager you will help ensure the administrative functions of multiple education programs are completed in a timely manner, relay communications, and be a primary contact for families and program leaders. On a regular day, you will support administrative tasks including but not limited to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for children and parents, assist in recruiting, orienting, and enrolling children to the program, provide registration support and direction for payment related issues or financial assistance, track enrollment materials and ensure completion of registration and meet licensing requirements, maintain logs, documentation and waitlists, and inventory and order program supplies. The Childcare Administrative Manager prepares program rosters, schedules, and supports transportation needs. The successful incumbent will have strong data entry skills with an affinity for numbers and the ability to ensure accurate data entry and
completeness of information.

To thrive in this position you have experience in an administrative capacity, a proactive and forward thinking positive attitude, a customer service oriented approach to your work. You are a self starter who works independently but also enjoys a collaborative team environment. You are familiar with computer operating systems and able to learn new software systems with ease. You are accustomed to working with deadlines and are able to maintain a high level of accuracy. You understand the important of confidentiality and value respect everyone's right to privacy.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience or education equivalent education
• Bilingual, Spanish or Portuguese speaking preferred
