DOROT offers semester or year-long internships for college students interested in careers in non-profit management, community organizing, social work and working with older adults.
DOROT's Volunteer Services Dept. will provide support to our Response Team program. This program engages occasional volunteers who help older adults with pressing needs. The intern in this role will conduct outreach calls to older adult regarding their participation, track involvement and review feedback. Additionally, this intern will be an integral part of the Volunteer Services Team and provide support to the department, in general.
This internship can be remote or hybrid. The hours are flexible, but this intern should be available for weekly department meetings on Mondays at 11am-12pm Eastern.
