DOROT offers semester or year-long internships for college students interested in careers in non-profit management, community organizing, social work and working with older adults.
DOROT’s University Without Walls (UWW) program offers hundreds of teleconference programs, appealing to a wide range of interests – all over the telephone. Our goal is to provide older adults with opportunities for lifelong learning and social connection. The intern in this department will assist the University Without Walls team to ensure the programs run as smoothly as possibly. This will include several research tasks to find new partners and facilitators, as well as gathering feedback to inform future programming decisions.
This internship can be remote or hybrid and the hours are flexible.
