Wealth Management Solutions Finance – Trust & Estates Financial Analysis Associate

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Wealth Management Solutions Finance team is a global function responsible for partnering with senior management to deliver on critical business strategies. The Trust and Estates (T&E) Financial Analysis Associate will be a key member of the Wealth Management Trust and Estates CFO Team and will support the Trust and Estates business from a finance perspective. The Trust and Estates business oversees more than $230bn in assets and services client in over 90 countries. The Trust and Estates CFO Team is responsible for ongoing financial reporting, financial analytics around profitability, forecasting and headcount planning, expense analysis, scorecard reporting, and ad-hoc analytics to support business decisions. The CFO team works closely with WM Solutions senior management, central Planning & Analysis teams, T&E business management, business management teams, product and legal entity controllers, and other supporting stakeholders across Asset and Wealth Management.

Responsibilities of the role include:
    * Analyze and forecast the financial performance of the Trust and Estates business, develop automated financial dashboards, support ongoing financial reporting, and perform ad-hoc analytics for business leaders
    * Resolve inquiries from senior leadership as well as Trust Officers, bankers and wealth advisors around trust performance metrics
    * Drive projects/activities impacting the Trust and Estates business from a finance perspective (e.g., vendor management, exit strategies, etc.)
    * Support headcount planning for more than 450 global T&E employees
    * Analyze KPI including new business metrics, flows, and yield
    * Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to results, presentation development, and analysis to key stakeholders

Qualifications:
    * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with preferred Finance/Accounting
    * Experience in budgeting, HC and expense management, planning and analysis a plus
    * Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large data sets and synthesize data
    * Advanced level ability with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Familiarity with Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau, Python a plus
    * Interact and communicate clearly and confidently with management
    * Excellent written and oral communication, strong time management and prioritization skills
    * Ability to think analytically a fast-paced and intellectually-demanding environment
    * Team oriented and strong work ethic
    * Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt to one’s audience
    * Utilize judgment and discretion in working with highly confidential information
    * 3+ years relevant experience needed 
    * Experience with Trust and Estates products a plus but not required
