This position will be full-time hours (40 hours per week) and will be worked out Jack Henry's Springfield, Missouri office. This opportunity's work hours will be 8 AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time, with a one hour lunch break. This position pays $22.00/hour and has a start date of June 5, 2023. The ten-week program will conclude on August 11, 2023.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Monitoring and remediating Service Now tickets for Gladiator Customers while receiving direction and feedback from senior-level Engineers on the team.
- Through training, the chosen candidate will eventually be responsible for self-managing the Service Now tickets.
- Assist with IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, debugging, and implementation of applications.
- Independently perform troubleshooting, resolution, and problem analysis.
- Maintain in-depth documentation of activities and configurations.
What you’ll need to have:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited university.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Management Systems.
- An identified graduation date of December 2023 or May 2024.
- Be able to work 40 hours per week throughout the ten-week program with minimum absences throughout the ten-week program.
- Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period without any sponsorship.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Strong knowledge of various IT infrastructure concepts and principles.
- Basic project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Basic understanding, or willingness to learn, about the FinTech industry.
