We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Global Investment Operations (GIO) Analyst!
What You’ll Do
As a Senior GIO Analyst, you’ll provide support, analysis and maintenance of investment and portfolio data. You’ll also support the day-to-day timely delivery of high-quality data to all investment professionals, clients, and contacts. Experience operating in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment would serve as the foundation for success.
- Ensure integrity of data to support global investment operations
- Verify all portfolio positions corporate actions and accounting entries are processed and reconciled daily
- Distribute cash, positions and corporate action notifications to portfolio managers, trading desks, compliance and investment management operations teams
- Conduct research and appropriately resolves issues related to trades, cash flows, pricing, accounting entries and corporate actions.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in business related field or equivalent financial services industry experience required, bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
- Three years financial services experience and/or 2 years XSP, Eagle, BBG, CRD, Electra experience required
- General understanding of investments and financial markets preferred
- Advanced computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
