Program Background
- Analyst program is a minimum two-year commitment, with the opportunity for promotion to Associate after year two
- Program to commence with multi-week training spanning accounting, financial modeling, data analysis, M&A, and MPE’s due diligence and value creation approach. Training will include a third-party administered ‘classroom’ course on accounting and finance fundamentals
- MPE analysts will gain significant deal and portfolio company experience spanning the full due diligence, M&A, and value creation process over the course of the investment lifecycle
- Analysts gain exposure to a diverse range of manufacturing and business-to-business services industries, sub-sectors, and opportunities
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluation of majority control private equity investment opportunities up to $250 million of total enterprise value
- Industry and sector analyses, including primary and secondary research methodologies
- Financial modeling, analyses, and investor return commendations
- Identification of investment merits, value creation opportunities, risks, and mitigating actions
- Participation in all stages of business, market, and third-party due diligence processes as well as ongoing portfolio company support, initiatives, board meetings, budgetary processes, and add-on acquisitions

Required Experience
- Undergraduate degree (2023 graduate), with demonstrated strong academic performance, or up to two years of relevant work experience
- Relevant internship or work experience (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Transaction Advisory Services, Corporate Development, Public Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis)
- Understanding of key accounting principles
- Effective communication, writing, and project management skills
- Demonstrated interest in investing, finance, and mergers & acquisition
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong work ethic and team player
