R&D Technology Internship
Location: Gaithersburg, MD / Waltham, MA
We are currently seeking a MBA and Master/PhD students for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023.
Objectives/Goals of the Position:
- Enhancing engagement with external institutions to address scientific challenges within different therapeutic areas is one of the goals of Emerging Innovation team.
- This internship position is created to better understand the demands internally and find external contacts in academia/start-ups for collaboration and address the potential solutions.
- Identify internal demands from therapeutic areas to plan for initiation of collaboration with external scientific communities.
- Identify potential opportunities for academic collaboration.
- Conduct analysis to support the program with designated approach for external collaboration.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of working with complex systems using creative and strategic mindset.
- Background knowledge on biology/chemistry.
- Collaborative working with teams within different functions and willing to develop innovative solutions through virtual collaboration.
- Minimum grade point average of 3.0
