Client Trust Coordinator

One of the largest diversified talent agencies in West Los Angeles is seeking a Client Trust Payment Coordinator to join the Accounting Group. The ideal candidate is someone interested in pursuing a long-term career in entertainment finance but is willing to start in an entry-level Accounting role. 

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Process client payments
  • Commission collections, Generating invoices 
  • Data entry - Maintain detailed client information 
  • Prepare payment mailings and bank deposits
  • Interact with clients and their representatives ensuring clear, correct communication regarding the status of payments
  • General filing as needed
  • Other accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department as needed

Qualifications:
  • Prior entertainment work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and 10 Key
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and fast paced with accuracy
  • Self-starter who can take responsibility and work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required in order to work well with customers & vendors; Strong people skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks as needed to accommodate changing department/company needs from day to day
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion

This role is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role with a pay range of $19.00 - $21.50/hour, depending on experience.
