Registered Nurse

Swansea Wood School is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Swansea Wood provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

No mandates! Multiple options for flexible schedules to accommodate work life balance. Part-Time and Full-Time options available.

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
$5,000 sign-on bonus with $2,500 paid at the time of hire and $2,500 paid after 6 months

Requirements:
  • Massachusetts RN license
  • Residential program or mental health program experience preferred, but not required; experience working with specialized adolescent populations preferred, but not required.
  • Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
  • At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
