Data Scientist

 Participate actively as a team member of the scrum methodology including attend all meetings and updates, work on the most priority items, report roadblocks and deliver working product at the end of each sprint;

· Conduct exploratory data analysis of incoming data sets, pre- and post-enrichment, and prepare visualizations of key insights;

· Develop analytic models for descriptive, predictive, and operational needs in order to generate and protect value for the Company;

· Develop data anonymization and aggregation methodologies to protect the privacy of our constituents' data and ensure our full compliance with applicable r;egulations and laws;

· Research data analytic and visualization tools and services, and make buy/build/partner recommendations to the Director of Data Engineering;

· Assist in developing frameworks for the creation of by project infographics to drive data insight

· Analyze, design, code and unit test the assigned tasks;

· Practices strong ethics in the way personal identifiable information is stored, accessed, and utilized.

· Research and develop statistical learning models for data analysis

· Collaborate with multiple departments to understand company analytical needs and devise possible solutions

· Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends

· Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers

· Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis

· Optimize joint development efforts through appropriate database use and project design
