Job description


Boston Behavior Learning Centers (BBLC) is comprised of highly experienced professionals providing ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disabilities in the home and community. We are also a Specialty Service Provider for Early Intervention Services for children under the age of three years.

BBLC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to complement our close-knit team of ABA Professionals to provide services to our HOME-Based clients in one of the locations listed below!!

  • Boston
  • Lowell
  • Milford
  • Medford
  • Norwood

At BBLC we strive to engage, educate, and enrich the lives of our clients and their families through high quality and consistent ABA Services provided by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as supported and overseen by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
In order to deliver our desired high standard of ABA care, we provide our BCBA’s with a variety of supports. These include:

  • Regionalized caseloads to minimize drive time and maximize time with clients
  • Reasonable caseload sizes to maximize quality of services provided
  • Mentorship and support from experienced Clinical Directors
  • Monthly clinical meetings with Clinical Directors and other regional BCBAs
  • Annual Professional Development/CEU Stipend

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our BCBAs provide comprehensive support for a variety of skills including communication, social, and daily living. Primarily this is achieved through programming tailored to individual client needs and run by RBTs as directed and supported by the BCBA. The essential job functions of this position include:

  • Conducting initial assessments and functional assessments
  • Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Creating individualized programming to correspond with treatment plan
  • Continuous evaluation of client progress and using results to adjust programming as needed
  • Providing support and supervision for RBTs conducting sessions
  • Communicating with families to provide guidance, support, and training

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master's degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • MA Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
  • Daytime availability
  • Access to electronic device for communication and internet access
