As our Client Finance Manager, you will…
Be Accountable and Responsible
  • Work with client management teams and finance to develop accurate revenue and operating profit forecasts
  • Work with Client teams to optimize revenue tracking and delivery
  • Validate revenue forecasts based on finalized results and known and potential engagements
  • Manage revenue accrual process for assigned clients
  • Provide analysis of forecasted and actual results as requested.
  • Report and analyze Client Profitability results and identify profit improvement opportunities by
  • Client rate analysis and assisting with negotiations as required.
  • Analysis of client-level labor costs and input on new hire and freelance decisions
  • Oversee client billing process to ensure all costs are recovered and cash flow is maximized.
  • Ensure billing happens in a timely manner and aligns with any client-specific contract terms
  • Work with Client Service / Project Management teams, and the client directly as necessary to help secure applicable purchase orders or payment for services to be rendered, especially for 3rd party costs.
  • Work with client teams to grow and maintain an optimal level of Sandbox financial acumen through the appropriate levels of staff
These are qualifications we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 3-5 years of work experience in an advertising agency or similar service business model with particular knowledge of agency processes, roles, and the business model
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
