Entertainment & Media Internship

Meet Relevnt, the group messaging app powered by live, interactive live streaming communities. We’re now expanding our growth initiatives by launching Relevnt Originals, a collection of chatrooms curated by our interns, content creators and celebrities on the app. Our channels are focused on music, movies, plant medicine, travel, business, crypto, women lifestyle, politics and pop culture. We’re looking for media-savvy majors in marketing, broadcasting, and journalism to serve as audio or video content contributors for the categories mentioned above as we grow our podcasts.

With a time commitment of 6-10 hours per week, the internship role here is simply two-fold: help grow our network and drive community conversations through:
  • Live streaming / creating audio or video content.
  • Interacting with other content creators on the app. 
 
Qualifications:
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
  3. Ability to work flexible hours.
  4. Background in journalism, communications and/or marketing is preferred.
  5. Cumulative GPA of 2.7 or greater is preferred.
