IT Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and monitoring Salesforce functionality across all programs and departments, ensuring that the system is running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for cleaning up any duplicates, missing data, or discrepancies in Salesforce, as well as working with other departments to fix and/or implement features that meet their needs. In addition, you will be working with our phone call vendor to troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the backend and build and maintain phone call trees.

To be successful in this role, a Salesforce Administrator Certification would help a lot as experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others. Responsibilities will include the following:
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Testing and monitoring Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform functionality across programs and departments
  • Cleaning up duplicates, missing data, and discrepancy in Salesforce
  • Working with other departments to fix and/or implement features in Salesforce to meet the needs of other departments or programs
  • Working with our phone call vendor to fix problems in the backend
  • Building and maintaining phone call trees

Preferable Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with a customer relationship management (CRM) system such as Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Excel and/or Google Sheets experience

Hours and Compensation:
  • $18/hour
  • Part-time (up to 20 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule of primarily remote work
