Business Analyst

We are hiring Business Analyst for our client.

CANDIDATES SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE TO WORK ON OUR W2 ONLY

The Business Solutions Analyst develops and maintains technology solutions for the business, such as partnering with Manufacturing utilizing technology to drive process improvements to the business. This position drives productivity by using their knowledge of software programs and business strategies to help companies maximize productivity and communication. Their duties include talking with management to determine their needs, coordinating with IT professionals to create or update software based on those needs and training company employees on how to use the software effectively in their daily jobs.

This role is open to a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid work schedules are based on business need and may change accordingly.

Responsibilities:

1. Works with business users to define and design small to medium technology solutions to support business needs.

2. Prepares all required supporting documentation for technology efforts such as scope definition documentation or requirements documentation.

2. Develops technology solutions by coding computer programs and/or configuring third-party software products.

4. Assists business users with the development and maintenance of departmental business capability technology road maps.

5. Provides technology leadership for small to medium-sized projects (up to 2,000 hours or $250K).

6. Provides applications-related Level 3 support.

7. Trains and mentors more junior personnel in the same job family.

8. May be required to perform the duties of others in the same job family.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. BS in Computer Science or related field and 4 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. 7+ years of ERP experience and/or working in a manufacturing environment.

3. Working knowledge of computer systems configuration and development techniques.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office desktop productivity tools.

5. Proficiency in one or more specific programming languages.

6. Proficiency in one or more systems development methodologies.

7. Object oriented development experience.

8. SQL Server development experience.

9. Microsoft SQL Server experience.

10. C# Experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. XML, LINQ, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript experience.

2. Knowledge or experience with third-party applications such as ADP, Sage ERP modules, etc.

3. Experience managing IT projects.

4. Experience with MS SharePoint.

5. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
