Management Training Program - Supply Chain Operations
We are currently recruiting for future leaders to join our Production Operations team as part of our Management Training Program beginning in June 2023. This role is a full-time position within a one-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent for Broadridge.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic teams focusing on Supply Chain and Operations. Our objective is to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of the Broadridge businesses and the core values and skills necessary for a successful career. During the program, you will receive personalized mentorship to help accelerate your career growth and will have the opportunity to network with highly engaged leaders across the organization.
At the completion of the Management Training Program, you will be placed in a front-line or supervisory role based in one of the below facilities based on your preference. Here you will immediately be able to apply your newly developed leadership and management skills.

- Kansas City, MO
- Edgewood, NY
The rotational piece of the program will be primarily in our Edgewood, NY facility where you will spend time with the larger cohort before returning to your home site. Broadridge will provide housing to you during this time.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in all majors. GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Business, Management or Supply Chain Majors preferred but not required.
- Ability to commit to being in Edgewood NY for a portion of the program.
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Interest in Supply Chain Management
- Thrives in a rapidly changing and diverse environment
- Interest and a real passion for learning about the FinTech industry
