Marketing & Recruitment Specialist

The City of Pueblo is hiring a Marketing & Recruitment Specialist for the office of the Pueblo Civil Service Commission to perform recruitment-related functions, and spearhead City-wide initiatives and talent pool challenges. Job duties include working with internal/external partners, coordinating community outreach events, and using tools to attract job applicants, and report on talent acquisition efforts. Job duties will include the recruitment of City positions, reviewing job applications, developing metrics, and assisting Civil Service staff as needed.
