In addition, interns will also play a critical role in supporting numerous internal leadership initiatives critical to DSA’s scaling objectives, including writing research-based thought leadership articles, conducting and publishing interviews with DSA leaders, creating informational and promotional materials, etc.
  • Who: students of any major. Juniors and graduate students are preferred, but all grades are invited to apply. No prior computer science or engineering experience necessary.
  • What: an internship position as Summer Associate Consultant within DSA. Applications are due 2/7.

What We Do:
DataArt is a global technology consultancy that designs, develops, and supports custom software solutions for clients across a variety of industries (healthcare, finance, travel, insurance, media etc.). We work on a range of projects from creating new software products to modernizing complex legacy systems for large enterprises. DSA specializes in reducing risk and maximizing the value of these projects. Consultants in the group come from a diverse array of backgrounds and work closely with clients to understand their business and customers, identify the right problems to solve, and align on clear objectives to design software-based solutions and plan for strategic product implementation.

What We’re Looking For:
DSA is currently in an exciting phase in our commercial expansion: we are growing year-over-year in both the scope of accounts and number of clients. To support this rapid growth, we are expanding our summer internship program.

Summer interns work at the intersection of business, design, and technology. Given the multifaceted nature of this role, we are seeking individuals who excel at context-switching between various responsibilities, projects, and ways of thinking. An ideal candidate will be comfortable moving between supporting full-time Associate and Senior Solution Consultants on client projects, developing consulting materials for DSA, pursuing new commercial opportunities, and researching cutting-edge developments at the intersection of technology, design, and business.

Due to the fast-paced nature of our work, interns will quickly integrate into the group and have considerable authority in shaping their experiences. Those who are confident in taking initiative with projects, building relationships across both the DSA and DataArt, and executing on their initiatives will excel. Interns should be quick learners; while it is not expected to have experience with building or engineering technology, interns should be motivated to ask insightful questions, conduct efficient and salient research, and seek help when needed. Over the course of the program, we provide interns with a wealth of opportunities for both mentorship as well as professional and technical development; since we are training the next class of Associate Solution Consultants, we are invested in your personal success at DataArt.

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to switch between many different tasks and contexts
  • Excellent independent research skills
  • Experience with software development (product management, coding, user research, design, etc.) is preferred but not required

Start Dates:
We will set the office start date according to accepted candidates’ schedules. The program typically runs for 10 weeks.
