Executive Director

Executive Director for The Brookline Chamber of Commerce
$62,000-$67,000 with bonus opportunities

The Chamber is looking for an Executive Director with a CEO mindset who is able to be strategic, direct and collaborative. This person will have excellent time management, organization skills and be a self starter. They will create systems to execute Chamber initiatives that will drive revenue, incoming members and programs to aid small businesses in Brookline. This person should be able to work autonomously while leading a small team to accomplish goals, balance priorities and pivot based on the needs of the Chamber.

Responsibilities:

Outreach to new businesses and strengthening existing relationships

Strategic collaborations with relevant organizations and town offices Innovate productive solutions to grow the Chamber

Create and foster relationships that increase membership

Expanding opportunities for Brookline businesses to succeed

Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
3-5 years’ business development experience.
