Summary:


This application is for a 12-week internship role from June - August 2023. Resume review begins in January 2023.

  • You will support move functions for department moves and seating support, mapping out vendor cost and saving opportunities supporting Biogen forward.
  • Streamline vendor PO and invoice support
  • Support and review pest control program and location on drawings. Provide document updates and review.
  • You will help support GMP gown use flow management and will be provided overview of CMMS work order system, EHS Credit360 safety incident support system, and CAFM system and given opportunity to use.
  • Communication, relationship building, Teamwork, Accountability, Budget management and work conduct.
  • Vendor cost savings recommendations, better process flow, more effective cost control.
  • PM walk through identify zones for walk through and highlight on drawings.

Qualifications:

  • Interest and/or experience in facilities management
  • Free thinkerĀ 
  • Good organizational skills

To participate in the Biogen Internship Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

Education:
At least one year of Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields
