Retirement Plan Services Internship

This 10-week, paid internship will give you hands-on experience at one of the nations’ fastest growing strategic advisory firms. In this program, interns will have a wide variety of responsibilities within multiple departments of OneDigital, focusing on a path to employment upon graduation. This is a summer 2023 opportunity with daily workloads and schedules set by the department Manager or Director.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 
  • Departments: Retirement Plan Services 
  • Work directly with the retirement plan consultants and team to help drive meaningful results to both the plan sponsor and plan participants. 
  • Provide support by running investment analysis reports, building out presentation materials, and assisting with client tracking efforts. 
  • The ability to shadow each individual’s role. 
  • Marketing activities based around what has been learned throughout the internship. 
  • Additional assignments assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a high attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines 
  • Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences 
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined 
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills 
  • Positive, upbeat attitude 
  • Ability to travel, if needed 
Education, Training and Experience: 
  • A rising Junior or Senior  
  • In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook 
  • Comfortable working with others in virtual environments
