Program Analyst, International - Recent or Upcoming Grad

As our Program Analyst, International, you will join a team that is experiencing tremendous growth! You will be responsible for maintaining quality program data and regular reporting. You have both the technical skills and the motivation to support ongoing monitoring of programs and activities, and to identify opportunities to streamline administrative and financial processes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, Perkins International, you will work collaboratively with the Internationals’ Leadership team across the world with an emphasis on Asia, Eurasia and Europe.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations include the following:
Finance, legal, and administration
  • Manage contract development and execution, in coordination with Perkins’ legal team
  • Track grant agreements and consultant agreements
  • Adhere to the policies and practices defined by Perkins’ Finance and Accounting Services Team and Perkins International, including regular Perkins business procedures related to consultant contracts and vendor payments.
  • Link office operations and procedures in Watertown with operations globally.

Program data
  • Monitor and validate program data, in coordination with local India-based team
  • Report quarterly and annual program data under Perkins’ Key Performance Indicators and Outcomes
  • Report quarterly data unique to the Perkins India program
  • Develop and implement data visualization and dashboards for various audience needs
  • With Perkins’ IT, support the rollout of program database upgrades to improve data quality and efficiencies
  • Develop new data collection tools as needed
  • Research viability for mobile app implementation in Perkins India program
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Data management and analysis -
  • Possesses strong quantitative skills and implements best practices in compiling, cleaning, analyzing and presenting data.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor degrees with 0 - 3 years related professional experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Workday and Excel preferred. Capacity and curiosity to learn new tools.
