Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Public Transportation Division is currently seeking an experienced contract manager or planner to help our partners deliver equitable, available, and accessible statewide public transportation options. We’re looking for a motivated individual who is excited about contract management, grants, public transportation planning, and working closely with grantees. This person will be our North Central Region Community Liaison who is the main point of contact with local and regional public transportation planners, providers, and stakeholders in that area of the state. Community liaisons provide technical assistance to grantees on state and federal program requirements, helping them meet their contract terms and requirements as they manage their WSDOT grants. In this position, you will help our public transportation partners complete their projects that provide and enhance access; improve public transportation infrastructure, efficiency, and effectiveness; and reduce emissions.
