L2 Support
We are currently seeking a Support Specialist.
Location: Austin, TX / Kansas / Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid Model)
This is a full-time position with HCL.
Core Skills:
o Good to Have - Unix (AIX, HP, Solaris), Z/OS
o Basic knowledge in Enterprise DBMS such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or IBM DB2, PostgreSQL.
o Ability to accurately identify, diagnose and resolve technical problems.
o Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
o Ability and willingness to continually increase technical knowledge and skills through self-directed, independent study
