Alumni Relations Officer
The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (DOVS) has built a world-class reputation for cutting-edge research, compassionate patient care, and hands-on training programs for resident physicians and clinical fellows. We are a collaborative department that puts people first and are looking for a talented, collaborative full-time Alumni Relations Officer to help drive our alumni engagement to the next level.
This position identifies and cultivates relationships with alumni and solicits gifts. If you love to develop interest and support through crafting engaging communications, coordinating and promoting events, initiating and maintaining personal relationships, managing data, and dreaming up the next big thing, please bring your skills and ideas to our team!
The ideal candidate has strong writing and communication skills, is comfortable navigating complex organizational systems, is adaptable, and loves working alongside others to communicate the importance of our work. You provide the ideas and enthusiasm. We'll provide the flexible work environment and free parking.
