How you’ll make an impact:
As a Campaign Operations intern, you will work with internal Marketing clients to collect and write business requirements which will be implemented in Marketing campaigns that will drive business outcomes for all LOB’s throughout Sirius XM. Since you will be working directly with our Marketing clients, you will have a chance to partner with them on how campaigns are structured and who we are targeting. All of this will be necessary to create successful Marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do: 
  • Work with various marketing lines of business to collect and write business requirements that will be implemented within marketing campaigns.

  • Create and maintain a set of Quality Assurance best practices to confirm that business requirements have been implemented successfully within marketing campaigns.

  • Automate the monitoring of marketing campaigns and have the ability to quickly investigate campaign alerts.

  • Create clear documentation that will outline the business criteria in marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze any available data sources that can be used to enhance campaign segmentation.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of business criteria with Marketing to ensure campaign segmentation is being done properly.

  • Facilitate campaign and audience sizings.
What you’ll need:
  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2024 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.

  • Bachelor's degree or education in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.

  • Intermediate understanding of Database Marketing and SQL.

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) to all staff levels and possess ability to deliver information tactfully. Ability to work with internal teams.

  • Intermediate understanding of Database architecture.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Intermediate knowledge of campaign management tools (APRIMO, Unica, etc.)

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $15-20/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
