Business Services Training Program

The program offers recent graduates the opportunity to jump start their careers while gaining invaluable professional experience supporting renowned lawyers in a dynamic workplace. Applicants must have graduated by June 2023.

About the role
As a Business Services Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate within multiple legal and administrative support departments within the firm. Our goal is to provide you with a broad understanding of the firm and arm you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to build a successful career. As part of the Business Services Training Program, you can expect:
 
  • A comprehensive introduction to the Firm 
  • Exciting first-hand experience working in different administrative departments, such as Business Development, Attorney Support, Sustainability, Pro Bono, Litigation Services, Diversity & Inclusion and the Paralegal group
  • Hands-on experience working on assignments in each department
  • Ongoing training focused on both individual and team skills
  • The start of a career tailored to your strengths and interests 
  • An entrance into a career in a premier law firm

About you

  • Well-developed Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
