Are you a motivated, service-driven individual? If so, we need to talk. We are looking for someone to fill this new role with Franklin County Community Connections Department.  This position is responsible for working with the forensic population in the Franklin County Jail and on supervision with Franklin County Adult Probation who are referred due to housing needs. In addition to helping individuals develop acceptable home plans, this position will provide linkages to community resources to assist the individual’s stable reentry into the community. This position will act as the central point of contact for services providers and agencies including adult probation. We want a self-starter who wants to make a difference and give back to their community. If that is you, contact us today!

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services/Social Services or related field; certification under the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) is preferred but not required. A minimum of four (4) years human service or behavioral health experience and knowledge of human services in Franklin County, and computer experience in word processing and database required.  Or, any equivalent combination of experience and training.
