Data Reviewer, Quality Management

This QM position is responsible for ensuring the Quality group is compliant with internal & industry Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), documentation review, and release of finished product.

What you will do:
  • Review of Quality and Production documentation for accuracy and good documentation practices.
  • Release of finished product, when appropriate, in a timely manner via SAP and TrakSYS.
  • Report all non-conforming work (NCW) to a Quality Leader (or designee).
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement efforts as part of ongoing Genba activities.
  • Provide standard and create document compliance training content to Quality and Plant personnel in regards to Good Documentation Practices in a timely manner.
 
What you will need:
  • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in chemistry and/or relevant experience in a technical area.
  • Qualified scientist with 3+ years of quality experience, preferably with experience in an FDA-regulated industry (personal care, OTC drug, or contract test facility).
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office programs & experience with Systems, Applications & Products (SAP) is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills, the ability to effectively multi-task & prioritize between tasks, excellent documentation skills that translate to any GMP-environment.
  • Preparedness for internal and various regulatory agency audits (ISO and FDA
  • Deep understanding and adherence of Good Documentation Practices and current Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Successfully balance the needs of the company (quick reaction) with the preferences of the department (fixed schedules)
  • Ability to work with cross-functional groups to drive process improvements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
