HR Specialist-OMS

This position is in the Office of Mission Support, Office of Management and Administration - Research Triangle Park. Human Resources Management Division - Research Triangle Park, Shared Service Center Operations Section 1A.

About the Office of Mission Support.

This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis. Partial work-from-home flexibilities may be authorized.

You will:

- Work with higher graded specialists to manage recruitment and placement cases for multiple organizations across the Agency;

- With oversight from higher graded specialists, analyze staffing questions and make recommendations to management based on interpretation of legislative, regulatory, and Agency policy guidance;

- Participate on projects to improve and advance the quality and breadth of services offered by the division.

When entering a Federal job at a grade level lower than the highest promotion potential level, you may be promoted to more complex duties and work more independently, as your career progresses.
