Information Technology and Systems Intern
Experic is seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to join our Information Systems and Technology team for a summer internship program. The intern will work closely with our team to assist with various projects and tasks.
The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build their skills in three categories of Experic’s Technology Organization (Information Technology, Information Systems, and Operational Technology), as well as learn from experienced professionals and make industry connections. This is a full-time internship, and the successful candidate will work Monday through Friday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Conducting tests and evaluations of new technology.
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.
- Participating in training and learning opportunities.
- Assisting with the documentation of technical procedures and processes.
- Providing technical support to end users.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Applicants must be either enrolled in a U.S. Accredited University for the semester before and immediately following the internship.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software Issues.
- Ability to independently research technical solutions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Good interpersonal skills required.
- Familiarity with Windows 7, 10, and 11.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
